Questions about plans
- Who needs a license?
You need one license for each developer who runs
archmage. Team members who do not run it do not need one.- I am an individual, not a company. Which plan?
The same number decides it, whatever your legal form. Count your own revenue and funding over the last 12 months: under 200,000 USD is Startup.
- Does revenue mean the company's total revenue, or the game's?
Your company's total revenue, across everything it does. Not the revenue of a single game or project.
- Does funding mean money committed, or money received?
Money received. Funding counts once it is closed and received; commitments that have not been paid in do not count.
- We cross the line mid-term. What happens?
Nothing changes immediately. There is no mid-term charge, and your current term runs its course. Your subscription will not automatically switch to the Business Plan. To make the switch, go to www.creem.io ↗ and cancel your current subscription. Canceling will not affect your existing licenses for the remainder of the current term. Then, just before the current term ends, subscribe to the Business Plan as a new subscription.
- I got a new computer, or reinstalled my system. What do I do?
Each license covers 2 devices, and you manage them yourself.
archmage device listshows the devices bound to your license, andarchmage device remove <device-id>releases one. You do not need to contact support to move to a new machine.
